- 1 / 5By Colby CashWent in the other night for dinner and I was completely disgusted. Our waitress was decent and nice, got our drinks and appetizer to us pretty quickly. Our food didn't take to long to come out but this is where it gets bad, I ordered traditional style wings and found a FEATHER on one of my wings. I showed it to the waitress, and she said she would bring me out another order free of charge (Why would I want more of your wings after I just found a feather on one?) I told her that I wasn't interested in more wings, and she grabbed our receipt and told us she would take care of it.
She came back 20 minutes later and had gave us a $6 discount!? That covers my drinks. I wasn't in the mood to argue with a manager about why I shouldn't have to pay for my chicken that still had feathers on it. I gave her me card and a 15% off coupon I had and she brought my card and receipt with my total (after having $6 and an extra 15% taken off) was still $36! Don't waste your money or time here, I'll be taking my business to Hacketts (cheaper and better food)September 22, 2016
