  I am never disappointed. Every experience can be infinity variable due to the wide variety of meats, veggies, and sauce combinations possible. You like spicy? You can pick sauces that will put hair on your chest and then burn it off. You like mild? They have plenty of sauces with a plethora of different flavor profiles. Overall, a winner for everyone.

  Beware of the seafood. It's always super fishy smelling and tasting. Other than that, we've always had a good experience here. Tons of options to choose from (noodles, rice, meat, big variety of vegetables, and several base sauces) and the staff is friendly. If you have to wait to have your food cooked, the chefs are usually pretty entertaining to watch. We love to eat here - other than the seafood.

  You pick your vegetables, meat, eggs, noodles or rice, different sauces, hot to mild, in a bowl, I do 2 and they put it all on the flat grill to cook. I prefer to cook it well well done! This is for the sauces to get into the foods you picked better and to get the crispness in the vegetables. It doesn't burn. Doing it their way is faster but you don't get the benefits I just said. There is a huge difference in these two ways!!! If still hungry, repeat the process. I used to do 3 trips but just 1 now. They have a Great staff that work hard on making you happy and will get anything for you, keeps your drinks full, most times without you asking. The deserts are good if you can eat more. Alcohol is also served.
