  Arrived 3 or 4 minutes before 11pm, their closing time. There were three vehicles there when I arrived. Two in one line, one in the other. My brother and I waited for 10 minutes or so before calling them, they answered and just said they were closed then hung up on my brother. I spoke with one of the people in line in front of me and they said that they had been waiting 5 min before me and that the front car in the other row had been waiting even longer. I then called them myself and asked to speak with who was in charge. The girl said that she couldn't tell me that...then I asked if she was in charge and she said yes. I complained that people had been waiting since before 11 and she said no they were, because the buzzer didn't go off. I then informed her that she was a liar and asked how I could file a complaint. She put me on hold for 2 min then came back and gave me a number to call. This was a fake number and not in service...had to drive all the way to Webb to get service. Can't believe this is the kind of service McDonalds provides.

  Great service every time. Horrible food 8 times out of 10. It's made correctly but always tastes old. I ordered the double quarter pounder meal this last time and the meat was black around the edges and tasted old. Fries were hot and fresh though.
